Immersive Learning Environments for sustainable competence development
Project description
The overall aim of this project is to explore and develop scientific knowledge on how ILEs can be designed, developed, adapted, and used for sustainable competence development in industrial settings. More specifically, the ILEs need to integrate so-called ‘safe-spaces’ – spaces that provide secure circumstances – for simulating virtual training programs that practitioners in industrial settings of transportation and manufacturing can use to prepare themselves for sensitive, dangerous, and stressful situations at work.
