OL18 SAR ATR using Deep Learning

Background

Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) image based automatic target recognition (ATR) is a major challenge in radar signal processing.

Aim/goal/research question

A comparative review of deep learning algorithms for SAR ATR. Find limitations and gaps in the existing work. Modify some existing work to take care of some of the existing limitations

Method

In this project, the student will investigate the existing work in the domain of SAR ATR and would endeavour to innovate more efficient algorithms for SAR ATR.
